Sedrak JFrom the airport, we headed to our destination, Lido di Jesolo. After 15 minutes, the driver asked us to get off the bus at some intersection (since it wasn't going to Lido di Jesolo) and transfer to another one. Then he changed his mind and took us to the nearest town, from where we caught another bus to Lido di Jesolo. This was strange and unpleasant. We had asked the driver beforehand which bus we were taking.
We still don't understand why he did this. Because the driver was so rude, we didn't want to talk to him or find out the reasons for what happened.
We paid for help with our suitcases, but the driver didn't help us. He drove the bus like Schumacher – 100 km per hour.

Anonymous Confusion in the Dark and Rain. The bus driver was lovely; courteous and helpful to everyone on a night where the weather was atrocious. The journey took very little time and was very comfortable. It was the first bus of the morning, 4:20am I think (so it was pitch black). There was torrential rain, which didn't help. I couldn't find the bus stop. Neither could a large group of young Americans. They abandoned the bus and took an uber. If it wasn't for the assistance of a railway employee I would not have found the stop at all and would have missed my flight. As it was, I missed my bus but caught the next one, and made my flight. Please make it crystal clear where exactly the bus goes from. It is not apparent when you are on the street, especially in the middle of the night.

Hilary Had no interacaction with the driver , tickets were not checked. Reliable as always to get you to the airport with no hassle. I booked my ticket in advance , tickets weren’t checked & people got on without tickets & without paying & had a free ride which annoyed me , the think AtVO need to know about this as in sure it’s not a one off , I’ve done this journey many many times before & tickets are always checked before you board the bus but not on this journey.
