Alsa

On time and good service. The total trip was fine.

👍

Convenient and inexpensive. The thing was to book on this site where they offered multiple schedules. When I went onto the Alsa bus site it only had 2 options which were much less convenient.

I paid VIP but without benefit. I paid for VIP for nothing.

Bus was late. Comfortable, clean. Bus was 25 minutes late and chaos at borading.

Ease of use and convenience.

Nice ride, but difficult to buy ticket online. Nice and comfortable buses. Dificult to buy tickets online. I paid for both ways, but got only ticket for one way.

Relaxing trip. Great Music.

Benidorm to Alicante. On time,no fuss and a comfortable relaxed journey, I would definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anybody who wants a comfortable and economic journey.

The bus was on time, the bus driver was very helpful. The ease, promt, and excellent area drop off at the airport.

On time and Nice trip. I don’t know.

Amazing bus trip from San Sebastian to Bilbao. This was a very nice bus. the schedule was organized and on time. Very clear, comfortable seats. I wish all buses were like this! there was nothing at all that I would change.

Alicante Airport to Benidorm. Bus was on time . Was a pleasant journey and well worth the money. Signage could be more prominent and clearer as to boarding and tickets at both terminals. Problem with driver not being to understand our mobile phone e ticket.

value for the price. reserved seat, relaxed way to ger to my destination.

Airport transfer. Well run service on time and efficient.

OK if you know where to catch it from…. Convenience and speed of travel. Absolutely no information in the bus station to tell you where to catch the bus from. At the allotted time the bus arrived and stopped outside the bus station. An old man in the bus station (don’t know if he was an official or not) told us that this was the one for the airport otherwise we would have had no idea and would have missed it and probably also the plane.

Transfer from Alicante airport to Benidorm. Easy to book online. Comfortable journey.

Lost my luggage. Careless driver . exchanged my luggage with someone else. no information of where my luggage is till date . terrible experience.

My seat was broken and loose. Seat broken!!

Alsa bus. I have used Alsa bus throughout Spain and it's my favorite way to travel, modern clean buses and very capable staff.

Was late. Was late There was no seat assigned to each passenger.

1) booked ticket Nerja-Malaga. Why El Palo as destination? 2) Difficult to fond bus station in Malag.

Allt var bra.

Very good. All service. All good.

It was a good trip. Fast.

The scenery. Mistake with my ticket , alsa office was empty, had to spent 62euros on another 2 tickets , driver didn't care, Web site was useless.

The fact that it is possible to get from Malaga to Alicante. That is does not pick up at Antequera. The seats are small. The aisle is narrow. The stops do not have good ammenities. It is virtually impossible to eat sensibly during the 9 hours.

Returning to Albufeira. Seeing the western side of Algarve. There were more stops than anticipated.

Bustranfer from Alicante to Murcia. Busstop at Alicante easy to find and arrival time was respected. No remarks.

The bus left Nerja about 15 minutes later but arrived on time.

On time and well organised. Stopped after 2 hours for 15 mins for toilets/refreshments. Good journey and easy way to get to Seville. As a first time user we found it difficult to know which platform etc to catch bus from. Once it arrived the driver was helpful though. You have to be organised as the bus arrives and leaves very promptly.

Inflexible Driver. Tidiness of bus. Driver mede us place a backpack with expensive photography equipment in the trunk. The backpack travels with me in planes as a personal object. Despite explaining this to the driver he insisted it was company policy. He told me I should get off and check the backpack in the stops. The bus was totally empty. Appalling service. Not recommend this company.

Great ride, fantastic driver, but the bus isn’t super clean- the Driver - bus On time - comfortable bus- not super clean - no usb charger options.

Very punctual. Helpful to other older passengers.

Poor signage Aggressive staff Unfriendly staff No info on masks Keith Liverpool.

excellent. no issues at all, the whole experience was great. The fact the it did everything i expected.

Sometimes the bus drivers are very rude and not aware that they work in customer service. This driver was ok.

The bus got me from A to B on time. A shame that the driver was so unpleasant. I like the connections to charge my phone. The driver was incredibly rude, even though I spoke to him in Portuguese, and I was very polite.

Arrivée en avance, j'ai pu prendre un trajet de bus plus tôt que celui prévu. Thanks a lot.

The bus stop was at airport.

Great way to get from Benidorm to the airport. Bus arrived on time, left on time and arrived at the airport on time. Our bus was a little ’tired’ looking. Condensation water running down the inside of the window onto the seat. We moved seats.

Good but not perfect. The routes destinations are good for tourists to be able to travel cheaply. The prices are really good for the distance travelling as well. The driver managed to get around the challenging roads the best he could to make the journey as comfortable as possible. The bus I wanted to get on was actually 40mins late with no explanation as to why. There was no way to track the bus and no notification either on my phone or at the bus stop to say it was running behind. There was nothing during the booking process to say that covid masks were still required otherwise you won’t be allowed on the bus.

Trip was fast and comfortable. fast trip. wifi connection could be a little bit better.

Barcelona to Andorra and back. Loved the timely manner the coach had arrived at the station. Driver was able to speak a little English and ask for what was required which was nice. Although a long drive, cleanliness of the coach and space did assist. Did not see signs for any toilet so maybe in future that would be handy. The small TV screens attached to the back of chairs did not work on all chairs so was a little bit of a let down and when one did work and you clicked on English it still spoke in Spanish/Catalan. Decent ride and trip overall. There was a very cold breeze that came in all cracks of the coach. Every when Aircon was not on. No toilet facility available. No curtains/blinds to block out light it wanting to sleep on the journey.

Driver eas not very kind and not serviceminded at all. Too much toy pay for too bad service. Will no. The nature.

Driver dealt with a rogue motor cyclist extremely calmly on way from nerja to Malaga 21/9.

Easy to book, great value and comfortable ride. Bus was very clean and in good condition. Clean, comfy, convenient. The rush for the bus when the driver was ready. A bit slow to load due to passport checks and passenger tick off before boarding. Maybe if there was a more formal queueing system and the driver had a helper this would be a quicker process. The screens on the backs of the seats did not work or would not turn off, maybe a bit of maintenance would help. Neither my partner or I could connect to Wifi :(.

Easiest way to travel. Quality and cost of service. Very confusing having the bus at bus stop 1 and the screens (main bus station and bus stop) saying that it is going from bus stop 2 so the people that got there early were all waiting in wrong place! Seat back screens annoying if you cannot turn them off No wifi.

Yes
