AirAsia

I want to personally thank the security team and the airline staff and the ladies at the counter they took very good care of me.

Smooth check in.

We were on time and the crew was okay

Delayed at the airport. Delayed on the tarmac. Delayed while landing. The TWO hour flight took 12 hours and no communication. People were hungry and they keep freaking out over the littlest turbulence and wouldn't let people use the bathroom. Awful experience.

Seats for long legs were poor, flight delayed, which we found out when already being at the airport

Nice Seats with a lot of space, friendly staff, Arrived 15 mins earlier at destination, excellent trip!

Was retimed twice but we could easily rebook at the airport

The self check-in was easy. Flight was short and good. Good experience overall.

Hello, the trip went well.but I just wasted timeActually, you didn't put which terminal 1 or 2, I lost time, I went to Terminal 1.I wasted three quarters of an hour with the children looking for Terminal 2.

Leave extra time for the lineup at immigration, it is very long in the morning

Everything went well!

A large delay of the flight

1.5 hours delay on a flight of 35min

I had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the convenience of making my own travel arrangements for the first time using the 12Go app. The platform was intuitive and easy to navigate, which made the booking process smooth and hassle-free. My only issue was navigating the airports and locating the correct gate. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and would recommend it to others looking for a straightforward booking experience.

It was 3:30 hours late. No updates were given as to why this was happening and the departure time was pushed further and further back.

the staff was rude, not really friendly

Plane was 1 hr late

Poor check in experience with air asia staff at airport

only took 45 mins, no problems
