Justin SYou couldn't see out of the speed boat as the windows are around 1.5 MTs high. Would rather of got the ferry and seen some scenery. If you're in a rush go for it as it's quick.

Hayley MExcellent service from start to finish. We arrived early at the pier and were able to take the earlier boat. When we arrived the changeover was seamless to a smaller boat to take us to shore due to the low tide.

Andrea BWe had luggage and everything was fine, they have many workers there to help load and offload luggage. Luckily, the boat wasn’t full, so we spread out. Got to phi phi quickly and safely.

Lindsey RI traveled via Speedboat from Rassada Pier to Tonsai Pier during what is still considered monsoon season, early October. It was raining when I arrived to the pier and for part of the trek on the sea. I do recommend getting there at least 45 minutes early to figure out where you’re going at the pier. (FYI: bring toilet paper for the Rassada pier - they make you buy it.)
Despite rain, there were no problems, still an easy, safe, and fun ride. The staff take luggage and place it either under seats or in a secure closed area so no matter how heavy your luggage is, it will work out. The boat was really clean and there was even a bathroom on the boat, if needed. The boat I took wasn’t full so I had a whole row to myself. If it were busy season, you might feel a bit cramped, but still worth booking this boat. Cool experience….we left on time and arrived early. Highly recommend this particular operator!

Daniel MEverything they offer on board it’s an scam. They try to sell you trips and transfers which arr really bad to take. I lost one entirr afternoon in that transfer in Phuket
