The driver seemed drunk was late arriving and looked psychotic. He drove like a maniac playing loud music so no one could sleep but we still arrived two hours late. He kept drinking Red Bull to stay awake. I am a old man and no longer scared of death but the trip was frightening and I would like a refund.

Very bad, the driver arrived 35 minutes late and made so many stops along the way and drove very fast, crazy fast. We arrived 1 hour and half later than the estimated time. The music was very loud and even when he was speaking on WhatsApp everything was on microphone and every one had to endure his conversations.

Two cars picked up 6 people and drive us to the outskirts of town to meet the mini bus. The minibus was in good condition and the driver was good. He drove at a decent pace according to the road and conditions. I have no complaints. It's only 4

Although there were not any issues, I need to rate the ride only 2/5. The transport operator shows that there is AC on his vehicle. At our ride, we were informed „there is no AC“. I think it is broken or something. Since we were travelling in september, it was „only“ uncomfortably warm. I just makes me sick this company is transporting people in July and August by being fully aware their AC is broken. People are booking this trip in good will, expecting AC since the description of the vehicle says so. I can not lie, this is incredibly unprofessional.

we had to change cars because our car broke down, driver was unfriendly, there were no security belts in the car driver was fast but secure, we had enough toilet breaks and enough space

The bus was about 40 minutes late, the shocks of the vehicle were shot, but worst of all, the driver was overtaking on a a solid white line,on uphills and on a curvy road, repeatedly!

It's ok in general, for this country Car late for one hour, all way takes about 7 hours, and there wasn't any marks hor traveler, where you should search and wait your car. We start about 9 am, finish about 4 pm, and finished in random Yerevan plase, not on the current point in the ticket. Car was clean as much, as possible for this type of old machine, and driver was friendly, but seats little bit uncomfortable for long trip So, if you know what expect, you wouldn't disappoint

The pick up place was very random, we got transferred to different spot and finally departed much later than 9am schedule. It also took longer time to arrive arrive in Yerevan - about 7 hours.
