ovo putovaje je bilo katastrofa. Nakon svega što sam prošla na putovanju nemam ništa lijepo za reći. Vozač nije htio stati kada samga molila da stane jer je moj sin (dijete sa poteškoćama u razvoju 100% invalid) morao na wc te se uneredio u gaće. tek tada je šofer stao i to ljutito jer je morao čekati da sina operem u obližnjem kafiću i da ga presvučem (hvala vlasniku kafića što nas je pustio u nutra). Drugi put kad je sin opet trebao na wc stali su pored igrališta gdje sam na vjetru i kiši presvlačila sina ( jerse opet uneredio dok su oni stali). Na kraju svega nisu nas htjeli odvesti do Makarske nego su nas iskrcali na benzinskoj pupi kod Krvavice i daljeda se sami snađemo za prevoz za Makarsku. Iz Sarajeva smo krenuli u 15:10 i trebali smo doći u Makarsku oko 20:00. Međutim šofer nas je iskrcao na spomenuto mjesto benzinsku pumpu kod Krvavice u 22:55. Razočarana sam . Putovanje je bilo katastrofa.

The temperature inside the bus was 40°C, making it unbearably hot for the entire three-hour journey. Driver was nice. I am writing to complain about the bus ride on the 21st of August rom Sarajevo to Makarska. The temperature inside the bus was 40°C, making it unbearably hot for the entire three-hour journey. No water was provided, and I struggled to breathe, leaving me concerned about my health. Please address this issue to prevent future discomfort for passengers.
