We were supposed to leave Samarkand at 5:00 PM, but we did not leave until 5:40 PM. The ticket stated that the journey would take 3 hours and 30 minutes, but it ended up taking 4 hours and 20 minutes.
The driving was absolutely terrible — reckless, unsafe and with no consideration for the passengers. The bus was also extremely uncomfortable, so there was absolutely nothing “Comfort” about this service.
But the worst part was the complete lack of consideration when passengers needed to use the bathroom. We repeatedly asked them to stop, but they refused. We spent the entire 4 hours and 20 minutes on the bus without a single stop.
The staff did not speak English, so I translated into Uzbek and explained that I really could not hold it any longer and urgently needed to use the bathroom. The driver literally laughed in my face and told me that we were not going to stop.
This was completely unacceptable. I hope the company takes action regarding this service and the behaviour of its staff, because a company that treats its passengers this way does not deserve their money.

Rebecca FBus was 45 minutes late departing and we arrived 1.5 hours later than we were supposed to so nearly missed our flight. The bus driver also drove like a villain in a Disney movie and I’m shocked we didn’t get in an accident. 2 stars because they did provide sandwiches and water.

Richard EYou bought 2 train tickets and 2 bus tickets for me. Successfully! Thank you. But the bus tickets were slow. It took 2 or more days. It was not a problem, but there was no automatic update during that time. Maybe an email 2 times a day to say... "We are still working on it. We did not forget you." would have been appreciated. It is a nervous time waiting and always checking your site.

Susan II was first picked up from my guest house. The driver came an hour early. That was ok except that he did not have a working seat belt in the front passenger seat. I would not drive with him until he got it working. Then we picked up another person and drove to a meeting point where we changed cars to one that had a working seat belt in the front but none in the back. The driver of the first car was very polite and helpful despite the seatbelt saga, as was the driver of the second car which was very comfortable.
Overall it was a very good trip, the drivers were both good drivers, and we were all delivered to our destinations.

Laetitia Driver was nice, drove safely, paid attention to our needs ( he got us bottles of water and made stops when needed)
Everything was perfect except that he was 30 minutes late.
