Not very good! I booked a shared ride and the next day I received a message from the transportation company saying it wasn't going to depart and that I had to pay for an upgrade to a private taxi. I tried contacting 12goasia and there's no support! So I had to pay the company an exorbitant upgrade fee because if I cancelled I would lose what I had already paid.

Unfortunately, the driver was 30 minutes late and then took us to another driver. We found that a bit strange. However, the driver was very friendly and drove very safely. The vehicle that picked us up first was very old and did not match the photo at all.
