The minivan was very old, very cramped a very uncomfortable, plus the driver was 2 hours late.

Despite the ticket stating our hotel address (it was asked for when booking) we were taken to the centre of Kandy. After showing the driver the ticket, he demanded an extra 2500rs for a 10 minute journey. For context the journey in the tuk tuk was 300rs. I complained to the company and they didn't respond, until I followed up. To which say said this was normal because they don't want to drop people off an hour away, despite as above the journey only being 10 minutes.

I booked 2 seats in a van for 9 am but the driver arrived at 10h30. It was a car with an other passenger. 12go gave us some information about the delay on the morning. The transfer itself went well.
