katastrofa. autobus je prebukiran i cekali smo u kotru da dode kombi po njih. poslje sat vremena krenuli smo i autobus se pokvario i onda smo cekali 5 sati da dode drugi.

Bus was late. Very nice clean bus, very comfortable. Bus was 1.5 hrs late into sarajevo which disturbed our whole day.

Taking More Money. For each luggage driver asked us 2 more euros, also we paid a kind of a terminal tax which is also 2 euros per person.

Working air conditioner would be nice. Almost fainted 30 degrees. Almost empty bus. No air conditioner. Or it didn’t work.

Comfortable ride, driver announced length of breaks at each bus station. 1,50EUR/person for baggage storage in the trunk. Delay of 50 minutes during the trip without notice.

We wait almost 2 hours for the 1 bus and we also wait 1 hour for other bus .

There was no toilet in the bus. The driver was rude, he did not speak English, it was a problem! Nothing, air conditioning did not work as well. Nothing, air conditioning did not work as well. There was a smell of food in the bus as everyone was eating. No window. We were charged 4€ for some tax and 1,5€ for luggage (WHY?). We did not have cash (as it is 2023!) and we were looking for ATMs at night and lost money as a commission for withdrawal from ATM.

Rude, driving fast n' dangerous.. I arrived in Sarajevo. Driver is really rude, drove very fast and in a dangerous way. Besides that, some people have reserved seat and most of people don't. So you take the bus in a place at night, seat and sleep. Few hours later, the bus stopped in a station, some people entered in the bus with reserved seats and no one who entered before knew it. So the arguing started and the driver solve in the way that Balkans love to do "YEEEEEEEEEELL AND BE AGRESSIVE".
