Anonymous the bus was in terrible condition. Throughout the entire trip, creaking was heard when turning, the air conditioners were broken and propped up with paper, there were no seat belts. Drivers made strange stops that were not related to passengers boarding the bus. After we crossed the border of Montenegro, some people said that this bus did not go to Novi Sad, and we would need to change to another bus. The second bus was better. Cleaner and more comfortable, however, upon arrival at the bus station, I saw that a cat was being transported in a carrier in the luggage compartment. I consider this unacceptable treatment of an animal. the luggage compartment of the bus does not look suitable for transporting living beings.

Anonymous Passport control? There was no passport control or check at either the Montenegrin or the Serbian border. My girlfriend needed the passport stamp to renew her temporary residence visa, but she couldn't do it because there was no passport control. I know this is no the fault of the company, but still.
