Firstly, the tickets actually cost 12,5 euro. 12Go takes a 5,5 euro commission per person. And we took the tickets, cause it was written that the class is "Confort". The bus was a standard one. It was nothing different than a normal one. Just the tickets were more expensive. Also, we were 20 minutes late, which is not a big deal, but it is funny how they write on the website that the trip is 3 h 15 min, when I put the GPS at the beginning of the trip and it showed me that the minimum time is 3 h 30 minutes. I don't mind that we were late, but I do mind that they write a false advertising. Overall, I don't have any complaints about the stuff, the driver, but I do have complaints about 12Go and the bus company. We paid 38,5 euro per 2 people, thinking that we will get a bit more comfort, but we didn't. There were buses were you could have paid 18 euro for 2 people for the same comfort.

I bought the ticket for 10 o clock...but there was not any bus leaving at that time, but at 9. So i was told there would have been one leaving at 10:30, and that i would have arrived at 14:30/15. At the end the bus left after 11 and i got to Marrakech at 15:30.

Nobody stop to the toilet. They left 30min earlier. So you can miss your bus only because they left then they want.

Best advice is "you get what you pay for". We were on a low-budget trip and happy to ride with the locals in standard class. We had no problems what so ever.

First, at the last minute, the bus company changed in Agadir from Charaf bus to Donia Ghazala - but it was not a problem, it left though 30 minutes before the initial schedule (that was 10:00 AM): good that I arrived almost 1 hour in advance! The ride was good. Same price, comfortable bus. But the arrival was confusing: the driver said "Marrakech bus station!", but the bus stopped along a busy street and I was told to cross the street, but when I asked, it was only for Supratour: the bus station is around the corner, they said to me. So, with my luggage I walked till this "around the corner", and asked: is it it? Yes it is... the railway station actually. Therefore, I actually never found this mysterious "Station Road to Marrakech".... I had to book a taxi to be driven to my host's.
