Anonymous Driver was good and friendly. We had to pay an additional fee for the luggage. Don't know why. Everybody getting on the bus in Dubrovnik had to pay that and it took forever because the driver was alone processing what he obviously had to do because of company policy. Just charge more for the ticket.. We left with 50min delay from Dubrovnik and arrived with around 1h 45min delay in Ulcinj. The driver cleaned the bus outside during the ride even we had that delay. Everything seemed pretty weird on that ride.
