Anonymous Bus late by nearly 60 minutes. Then waited over that due to some issue with a couple on board. Late bus. Wasted time at border. Both drivers very un happy. Expensive for a lot of problems!

Anonymous Extortion. Efficient boarder crossing because there were only a few passengers. In attempting to board this bus the driver would not allow me to take with me a small backpack that would easily have fit into the overhead rack of the bus, or between my legs, or on my lap. The bus driver threatened not to allow me to board unless I payed for my bag to go in the under bus compartment. The driver refused any compromise. This forced find an ATM, withdraw cash at a high fee and pay to put a carry on size bag in a luggage compartment. This is entirely unreasonable behaviour from the driver in an attempt to extort further revenue.

Anonymous Border crossings took a while. Air conditioned bus. Bus arrived very late due to delays at border.

Anonymous Baggage payment. There was nothing written on the website when I purchased the ticket about a €2 charge in cash to bring a small suitcase onto the bus.

Anonymous Pleasant bus transport- The staff (driver and assistant) were friendly and could answer our questions - fast and safe driving - crossing the borders on the border control was really not complicated- nothing.

Anonymous Were waiting in boarder line for 3 hours, witch wasn’t informed to us… so we missed our flight. Nice bus drivers og service. Not informed that there is always delay at the boarder line so we missed our flight from Tivat.

Anonymous The border crossing is always slow and needs to be factored into the arrival time. It delayed my arrival by 90 minutes which meant I missed by connecting bus by 15 minutes - this resulted in having to wait 4 hours for the next bus.

Anonymous Easy and cheap. Easy to book. Good price. Good indicatie at the Dubrovnik Bus Station. Arrival time is later due to the bordercontrols but beyond their control. Was top.
