Sara MThe sleeper bus from Sapa to Hanoi was great. We were informed in advance that the pick-up time would be 30 minutes later than originally scheduled, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the limousine transfer from Hanoi to Ninh Binh was poorly organized. Upon arriving in Hanoi, nobody was able to give us clear information about when or where the next bus to Ninh Binh would arrive. After waiting for some time, a separate car arrived and took the two of us, along with three other passengers, across the city to another location to catch the limousine.
We had not been informed in advance that we would need to change locations or that an additional car transfer would be necessary. This lack of communication caused unnecessary confusion and delays. We eventually arrived in Ninh Binh two hours later than scheduled.

Oumaima DGreat service! We accidentally booked for the wrong day, but we contacted them on WhatsApp and they kindly agreed to change our booking. The day before the trip, they messaged us to ask where we were staying so they could pick us up directly from our accommodation. They also dropped us off right at our hotel at our destination. The seats were comfortable, and the driver was really friendly and cheerful. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were. Would definitely recommend!

Jakub GThe transport provider picked us up on time. However, upon arrival in Ninh Binh, the person who was supposed to take us to our agreed destination seemed to be trying to avoid completing the transfer and suggested that we book a taxi instead. In the end, they did take us to our destination.

Miriam SOverall good experience, left a bit late but arrived on time. Had to take a shuttle from tam coc to final destination in Hoa Lu, that was unexpected but worked fine. Night was bumpy but did get some some sleep.
