María GThe trip was on time, smooth, and uneventful. It was calm and quiet. However, after making the reservation, we found out that if we had booked directly with the company, we would have been able to choose our seats on the bus. That would have been quite helpful because they put us in the first two seats, right next to the driver, which meant we were woken up many times by the horn, the driver change, and the driving. Also, they could have mentioned the size of the cabin—we didn’t fit very comfortably. On top of that, we were a bit confused about the pickup service; some people told us they could come pick us up, while others said they couldn’t. In the end, it turned out they couldn’t.

Laura SThe trip was Ok (train on time and smooth travel), however tripularion at Ninh binh station sold more tickets thank beds for our cabin. Thus it took some time to re arrange while the train was already going. Moreover, cabin doors dont close correctly and were really noisy during the trip. The rest was just fine, beds confortable and had the luck to have nice partners in the cabin :)

Mike HThe booking process was easy and the train trip was great.
We had a VIP sleeper and found the bed extremely comfortable. We had one of the best sleeps we’ve had in Vietnam.
Our only issue was minor. The brochure mentioned free wifi but we couldn’t find any information on where to find the password. I sent a message to the WhatsApp hotline but received no response.

Jane MWe had a comfortable journey from Ninh Binh to Hue overnight in a 4 bunk cabin. There were snacks , fruits and water on our table . A breakfast cart came around in the morning. The beds and pill weee cleaned. The absolute highlight was that whilst waiting for our train to arrive many children visit the station to practice their English . They were delightful and surprisingly good at conversing with all the practice they are getting.

Ruben I had a very good experience with this company; they were very attentive from the start. On rainy days, they picked us up at the hotel and always looked out for all the passengers.

Alex PArrived an hour and half late with no reason. Originally 8:30hr trip took 10.2 hours. We stopped 20 minutes into the journey for food which was wierd considering we had the rest of the day and after that we didn’t stop until about 1 hours before we reached our destination (we also weren’t told the first stop was the only food stop, had we of know, we would of got some food for the journey). We were starving having eaten at 8am and didn’t eat till 7pm. It of an annoying trip but the coach itself was clean and tidy.
