This train was delayed 45mins, very very hot inside, the booking price is much more expensive than normal, the 12go stuff was great. But I don't think we will use again. price high!

Quite an adventure. Van broke down. Engine started making some horrific noise. Driver pulled over, and within 20 minutes found us another van to change to. Very pleasant and helpful. Good driver.

The train ended up reaching 2 hours after the time so that was a little exhausting. But overall, it was clean and comfortable and the train attendant was lovely :)

For a so called "VIP" bus disappointed that there was no attendant service on board. No complementary drinking water available ! Bus left about 10 minutes late, but arrived after about 3.5 hours. Again, no attendant to assist on arrival at Hua Hin. Bus was quite old. I used to use Sombat Tour buses a lot and they used to be very good, but their standards seem to have dropped and the cost cutting is all too apparent.

I have done this trip many times now. 12go has good, comfortable minivans. And, they have good drivers! By that I mean they have drivers not trying to beat every speed record between BKK and Hua Hin. Unfortunately some of the other minivancompanies have young boys driving like crazy. I feel 100% safe beeing passenger with 12go. I recomend this company.

12go ticket collection was very good. The train was nice, but it was very long. Was supposed to be 4 hr ride, but it ended up taking almost 6 hrs.

Transfer on minibus pain full as the driver was not good The bus from southern terminal was not as I expected a.VIP bus possibly my overlooking For the return to BKK have chosen company Sombat which has VIP service and you can choose your seats. And cheaper altogether

12 go.asia. easy to use and out tickets were ready at the office opposite hua lumphon train station. The trip to hua hin was comfortable, albeit one hour late Not sure why Otherwise a pleasant and fascinating journey seeing the Thai country Through the slowness of the train . excellent

We booked tickets for rail trip from Nakhom Pathon to Hau Hin while in the UK. The ticket was from Bangkok but with us moving directly to Kanchanaburi our tickets were forwarded to our hotel there and were available upon our arrival. The train journey went smoothly with the reclining seats in 2nd class of Rapid Service 171 being a godsend. The train only had fan and window ventilation but we coped ok. . I was happy with the service and communication with the staff at 12 go. Thankyou

I believe our unhappiness is mainly with the booking agency! We arrived at Ekkamai on February 14. The ticket agent said we had no reservation. Then eventually said we had a reservation for February 18. Finally said we could ride in the next van an hour later. So we spent 15-20minutes standing at the ticket desk , was called liars , and spent an extra hour waiting for our van ride to Hua Hin. Later I checked the email from 12Go Asia which confirmed travel on February 14th. There was a previous email which showed travel on February 18. So the confusion was due to your agency posting two different dates for the same ticket purchase. An apology is warranted and a compensation for making us wait longer, arrive late and be considered fools or liars at the ticket desk.

Trip was on time and safe driving . But the van interior was awful, mould all over the roof inside which was revolting. Wouldn't take much to clean the van.
