The staff member checking tickets before boarding provided terrible service. Even though I had booked online, they were extremely uncooperative when I tried to ask for information. When they couldn't initially find my booking, they didn't even attempt to help; it wasn't until someone else at the transport hub stepped in to verify my details that they finally located my ticket. It was a truly awful experience. However, the driver and the onboard service staff provided excellent service.

The bus seats were incredibly comfortable, and there were very few passengers. Having a toilet on board was a nice feature. However, there was no soap or toilet paper in the toilet. This was, of course, a problem in terms of hygiene.Five hours later, they took a break for lunch.I was very surprised that the dishes we chose for lunch were freeThe journey took exactly 10 hours as planned, and they dropped me off in front of Blue Port in Hua Hin.

The car was clean and comfortable. The driver arrived 30 minutes earlier. The driver was courteous and helpful. We received feedback and advice from the company before, during and after the trip. It was best value for the money. We will use their services again if there's an opportunity to do so.

Its really long and boring journey, but staff was really nic and we were so suprised to get water, juice and cake and than when we stopped hald way we got free lunch.

One the best journeys I have had, the bus seats had lots of leg room, blanket, juice drink, water, biscuits and meal voucher were included. I slept most of the journey which is unusual for me! so must have been good
