We were picked up about 20 Minutes late, the driver went to another hotel even though I had exactly stated in tge booking from where to be picked up.Then we were taken to a junction on the outskirts of Samarkand where we changed car and driver. We were seated in a bigger, more comfortable car now. When asked if we would leave now the driver said they were waiting for one more person to join us, which we understood someone like us, who had made a booking was going to turn up shortly. What it meant instead was that our driver and some of his friends were trying to pick someone uprandomly by the junction. Only when I complained that we had a flight to catch they finally stopped and the actual transfer started. We drove most of the time over the speed limit but our driver had an app that told him where all the speed cameras were. He also overtook other cars on all sides. Once he even drove onto the pavement. The upside: we made it to the airport in plenty of time.

Departure was 60 min late and arrival 90 min late and I almost missed my next flight to Almaty. I won’t trust anymore the timetable given by 12go.

Very comfortable bus. I booked long in advance and was allocated a front row seat. A snack, sandwich, and water were included. The bus didn't leave on time and arrived one hour later than scheduled, but the traffic and roads in Uzbekistan are not the best. So make sure you're not on a tight schedule.

Please get wifi - if you accept online bookinfs, you need to have wifi (or a hotspot) for travellers to access tickets. Clear signs where to board would also help I was given a little packed lunch an hour into journey, which was delightful. The coach was rammed full but all good. Wifi on board would be good
