Tileuzhan B1. I’ve bought tickets even for an infant, the kid was only 7 months, but the system made me to buy tickets for infant also!
At the end I was forced to pay for 1 seat extra, and during the trip back to Tashkent that seat was unoccupied by my kid, cause the kid still seats/sleeps only on a hand!
The driver and assistant sold an extra seat for cash and let that passenger to seat on that place (seat #23)
2. The trip was delayed for 50 minutes!

Jacques F45mn late to Samarcande and insteat to arrives at 6:30pm we arrived at 10:pm.
And the bus never stop to go to the toilet so imagine!!! 5hours without loo!!!!!

Heidi BVery comfortable bus. I booked long in advance and was allocated a front row seat. A snack, sandwich, and water were included. The bus didn't leave on time and arrived one hour later than scheduled, but the traffic and roads in Uzbekistan are not the best. So make sure you're not on a tight schedule.

Kathryn KPlease get wifi - if you accept online bookinfs, you need to have wifi (or a hotspot) for travellers to access tickets. Clear signs where to board would also help
I was given a little packed lunch an hour into journey, which was delightful. The coach was rammed full but all good. Wifi on board would be good

Rebecca FBus was 45 minutes late departing and we arrived 1.5 hours later than we were supposed to so nearly missed our flight. The bus driver also drove like a villain in a Disney movie and I’m shocked we didn’t get in an accident. 2 stars because they did provide sandwiches and water.

Richard EYou bought 2 train tickets and 2 bus tickets for me. Successfully! Thank you. But the bus tickets were slow. It took 2 or more days. It was not a problem, but there was no automatic update during that time. Maybe an email 2 times a day to say... "We are still working on it. We did not forget you." would have been appreciated. It is a nervous time waiting and always checking your site.

Susan II was first picked up from my guest house. The driver came an hour early. That was ok except that he did not have a working seat belt in the front passenger seat. I would not drive with him until he got it working. Then we picked up another person and drove to a meeting point where we changed cars to one that had a working seat belt in the front but none in the back. The driver of the first car was very polite and helpful despite the seatbelt saga, as was the driver of the second car which was very comfortable.
Overall it was a very good trip, the drivers were both good drivers, and we were all delivered to our destinations.
