We took two trips with you this week. The pickup was perfect, but the wait time before the journey actually began felt very long, and there was little explanation provided. We are European and are accustomed to strict safety standards that undoubtedly help prevent accidents. Drivers should not be looking at their phones while driving—let alone doing so repeatedly during a single trip. You need to make this clear to your drivers. Also, on this second trip—perhaps in an attempt to make up for our delayed departure—the driver spent the first leg of the journey constantly overtaking other vehicles, sometimes in a rather unorthodox manner. I needed to book a train from Samarkand to Bukhara and back. The Uzbekistan site and app are terrible. They force you to have an account but you cant without an Uzbek number. 12go asia was recommended by Gemini i booked easily. It took sometime for ticket back to arrive in my mail but it had. Ticket passed all was good. The fast train is very impressive.
