The trip departed late so we arrived late as well. Other passengers were very rowdy during the trip. They are not imposing the no smoking rule and the passengers are flicking their cigarette butts into the ocean. I wish they are stricter with their departure times and the rules within their ship.

The ferry left over 1 1/2 late. I would not have minded if I did not find out it was because of waiting for pre booked tours that your company does. If you know you are leaving later because of a return whale shark tour you have booked then tell your other custimers so they do not have to sit on the boat for endless hours with no explanation

Uncomfortable seats, 1 tiny boat going back and forth to fill up the ferry. Terrible experience, don’t listen to a “1.5” hour journey - it’s more like 3 hours by time they load and unload passengers on the boat!!!
