خدمة العملاء كانت كبيرة. لقد التقطونا عند بابنا. كانت الحافلة قديمة بعض الشيء وقذرة، ولكن كل شيء يعمل بشكل جيد (مكيف الهواء، المقاعد، الستائر، إلخ. كان السائق لطيفًا ومفيدًا ولكن قيادته كانت فظيعة، ويتحدث على الهاتف دون استخدام اليدين، ويسرع، ويتجاوز منحنيات... الخ وصلنا بشكل جيد، ولحسن الحظ، وأخذنا إلى نزلنا.

The customer service was great. They picked us up at our step door. The bus was a bit old and dirty, but everything worked well (A/C, seats, curtains, etc. The driver was nice and helpful but his driving was terrible, speaking on the phone with no hands-free, speeding, overtaking in curves...etc. we arrived well, fortunately, and he took us to our hostel.

لقد تم اصطحابنا في الوقت المحدد لنقلنا إلى محطة أخرى في هانوي حيث ركبنا الحافلة وانتظرنا لفترة حتى تصل سيارة أجرة أخرى تقل أشخاصًا. لم نكن نعلم أن الحافلة لم تقلنا مباشرة. كانت أيضًا حافلة نائمة لا كما هو موصوف ولكن لم يزعجنا ذلك. كانت الحافلة فارغة إلى حد كبير، وتوقفت عدة مرات لالتقاط الأشخاص وكان بها استراحة لمدة 2/3 ساعات. لا أستطيع الشكوى، فقد كانت متوافقة مع التوقعات وكانت رحلة لائقة إلى حد ما.

Got picked up on time to be taken to another stop in Hanoi where we got on the bus and waited for a while for another taxi of people to get dropped off. We didn’t know the bus wasn’t picking us up directly. It was also a sleeper bus not as described but we weren’t bothered. The bus was pretty empty, stopped a couple of times to pick people up and had 2/3 rest stops. Can’t complain, it was inline with expectations and a pretty decent journey.

We had a great trip! Picked up in front of our hotel in Hanoi, dropped off in front of our hotel in Ha Giang. Excellent service, friendly staff, clear and helpful 1-on-1 communication after placing our reservation. Recommended, I'd book again!

The vehicle was great in terms of comfort and we were picked up on time. The office had attempted to contact us earlier in the day to offer us the chance to wait in their office as it was raining heavily, but we missed those messages. In terms of handling the booking, the service couldn't be better. However, this particular driver was reckless and inconsiderate of his passengers. We are quite used to an aggressive style of driving from many trips, but this was ridiculous. He drove too fast, even when roads were very rough. I was bounced out of my seat on several occasions. He frequently drove too close to other vehicles, he braked very late and very heavily, he was on his horn permanently hounding other vehicles. He overtook when unsafe to do so.
