Jarla SWe were told to come 10 minutes early. When we arrived there was a very nice bus waiting but us and a bunch of other people weren’t allowed on the bus. They clearly miscalculated the amount of persons and the people left behind were made to wait, then shoved on a hardly air conditioned minivan. The driver drove like a maniac to make up time. Ten minutes later we had to get off again with our luggage to wait for another small bus. 1,5 hours after the original departure time we left. The people were unkind and not very professional. Do not recommend.

Paul Fas kicked off the first bus, going from Tam Coc to Haboi. Had to switch to a small, old van and we left Tam Coc with 40 minutes delay. In Ninh Binh had to wait again for 20 minutes. No information from the drivers or the support. Absolutely horrendous service, probably the worst bus company around.

Justin MThe multiple vehicle changes is not made clear when purchasing a ticket and delays the arrival time as each stop made you are left waiting 10 minutes or longer. The ticket should at least state the addresses where vehicle changes will happen so customers aren't left feeling lost and confused hoping a driver will have them on their list.
The 2nd driver in the luxury bus was driving like an absolute maniac even for Vietnamese standards. This was also the longest drive out of all 3. He was constantly flashing his headlights at other drivers and weaving extremely closely between vehicles, he was speeding so much every bump made you bounce in your seat.
The 2nd stop he also seemed to be dropping off packages and as everyone waiting on the bus then eventually some of us were ushered out and told to wait on the other side of the road for a car to pick us up.
The luxury buses are nice and offer massaging, recliner chairs with charging ports but none of this helped ease the ride.

Barbara You need to explain better verbally where to get picked up in trang a boat station. Your pin put it in the parking lot and people helping said you weren’t allowed in there 20 minutes of back and forth calls and photos with the help of a Vietnamese person as the driver had no English
Just tell people in the parking lot before you enter thru the toll booth.
Then we were not dropped off where we were supposed to be. Drive said sorry but get out here in French quarter. A lot longer grab for me.
Hope the next time I book goes a lot better or I’ll be deleting this app. Very frustrating time!

Jacob LTook us to Hanoi and comfortable seats, but that’s about it. 1,5 hours late and dropped us off 30 minutes from the designated location. We were supposed to wait there for another bus to drive us the rest of the way, but that bus wouldn’t arrive in another 25 minutes (note that we were already 1,5 hours behind schedule). Everyone on the bus ended up taking a Grab from there. Don’t know if this was just bad luck or a regular occurance.

Lucas Vthe trip was fine, got us point a to point b. felt a little misled by the lack of information on the transfers. it felt like half of the time was spent in the transfer vehicles rather than the limousine bus

David MHad to have luggage in the vehicle with us despite it being well below the maximum dimensions. Driver stopped for 25 minutes about 20 minutes into the journey and then drove very aggressively to make up time, made no sense.

Jonas RI accidentally booked for the wrong day and only noticed half an hour before departure. Immediately after reaching out to Cat Ba Discovery on whatsapp, they organized a different bus for my party of 3 on the same day, departing at the same time as I originally booked. 10/10 customer support

Grace JThe first vehicle showed up 50 minutes late - kept being told "5 more minutes" of waiting. We were transferred into different vehicles a total of 3 times, which the company does state in their T&Cs, but one of them was too small for the number of passengers so I spent 20 minutes in the tiny seat in the boot, and another vehicle had no boot space so our big luggage was crowded inside with us. They did get us from A to B but aside from that, it wasn't great.
