Good driver and comfortable bus. Departure was 30mins after scheduled time. No information was provided about how to check in bag. We were charged to put our 2 small backpacks in the luggage compartment.

I was charged 3 times for one person. I was chared 74.28 euros. I sent a copy of the receipt that listed my name as a passenger 3 times to you. Nobody replied. I think I should get a refund. I should only pay 26 euros. Ease let me know how you will be handling this problem. I sent a few emails to the support team. Please respond. The departure bus station is hard to find, plan in extra time and double check on site if you’re in the right place. Not a fan of the stops that the bus takes for lunch or dinner break, but apparently that’s necessary. Otherwise great ride.

We arrived on time but for some reason they changed our booking to a later one so we had to wait an hour more. Maybe because our bus wasn’t fully booked… the bus we did take was really dirty and no AC, but we had a small stop to get something to drink.
