Bus didn’t arrive on time, we were guided to the supposed location of departure and ultimately waited over 1h together with other people who had also booked the 13:30 bus, which either never came or it came with a 1h delay.After we had boarded the bus, there was a verbal and even physical escalation between people who also had tickets for 13:30 and staff. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Bus left at around 14:15, made many random stops on the way which lasted up to 30min. Will never book with this bus company again.

Although appearing chaotic at the station, it is actually fairly organised. You need to make sure you purchase a separate ticket for your bags to get loaded in the storage area. You do this at a separate office by the side of the main station. 12Go is a useful app to help you get tickets. Communication was good too.

The Bus Station ist now far away from the Center, the Taxi needs more than 20.min and a high price to Go there. The Bus was Not in the place where IT should be and nearly i passend the Bus. And before i booked you cant See that the Bus ist going from Azzouzia
