The train was so cramp and we can barely squeeze through with the luggage. The bed took up all the space of the cabin, so we had a hard time putting up our luggages. The bed was okay but the AC was fantastic! The bathroom was not good. It was so cramp and not very clean. This will be a once and only experience.

The cabin was not too spacious but not super bad for an 8-hour train ride.. the bed was comfy enough and we were able to actually get decent sleep. Water, snacks and coffee were provided.

Everything went well. Only problem: air condition in the train's compartment. It was very cold and there was no possibility to regulate the temperature.

Easier than I thought it would be. Once at the station, we found the check-in, and to our surprise there was a free lounge for Chapa guests where we’re were served a refreshment before our trip. Once aboard, we found a small but comfortable berth with snacks and water laid out. We were even offered a complimentary beer! The journey is a little rough. My adult son was travelling with me and he slept soundly. I got some sleep, and my son’s partner got about an hour. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this experience. Such a novelty.

The trip is quite pleasant if not interrupted by the most unhinged event at middle of the night. The staff talking loudly in front of our room for god know what reason. There should be a easier way to adjust air conditioning inside the car

Nice train, clean and nice atmosphere inside. Snacks and water prepared. Bathroom was always clean. Staff at Hà Nội station were super friendly and helpful. When fall asleep fast (like me) and staff came for service, you'll maybe get startled (even with earplugs) and are awake again.
