Hello 12Go Support,
I am following up on my urgent request regarding booking 32766817 / BW5500015.
The scheduled departure was at 07:00 AM today, 19 September 2026, and I was present at Alexandria New Bus Station on time.
West Bus staff could not find my reservation in their system, and I was therefore unable to travel.
I reported this issue immediately this morning, but I have not yet received assistance.
Please confirm that this case has been escalated and that my full refund request is being processed.
Again, this was not a cancellation or a no-show. I was present at the station, but the operator could not provide my tickets.
I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method because the transportation service I paid for was not provided.
Please provide me with an update as soon as possible.

Jesper SEverything worked. The bus arrived early, chilled, newer, toilet worked. Steady safe driving. Perfect.
They did cancel our first bus though. So we had to go either 1 hours earlier/later. So do get in contact with them prior to your trip.

Dominique LOn Our ticket said departure 11:00 AM, arrival 5:00 PM. The driver had a good laugh; it's impossible given the number of kilometers. It took us 8 hours and 30 minutes to get to Siwan. The information is completely wrong.. The bus toilets were closed.

Priya BNo punctuality. Bus driver kept stopping the bus every hour, taking an hour long breaks every time to smoke sheesha. The bus started from Siwa at 7:45pm and reached Cairo next day at 11am. The journey which was supposed to take 9-10hours max took almost 14hours.
