There’s not enough information about the bus and the stop to get on. The bus company did make effort to fix the problem. There is so much traffic and all kinds of vehicles passing through “Terminal 2, arrival zone 3” outside of the Budapest airport. Without detailed information and clear descriptions of the bus and bus stop, it is impossible for a customer who has never taken this bus before to know what bus to look for and where to get on. I was there, waiting an hour before till an hour after the specified time (total of 2+ hours), still missed the bus. That was so frustrating. I was told by the airport workers saying that only small van can pass though arrival zones. The big buses stops are not allowed to drive through arrival area. They stop at the lower level parking lot across the street. Yet the getbybus company said the size of the bus depends on the number of customers they will have during that time. How do customers learn about that information? I was going back and forth between two spots continuously and that was extremely exhausting and frustrating. I missed the bus of course.

Horrible, I mean we arrived safely but geez. The driver was amazing, such a nice person and very helpful! He was the only good thing about it. My seat was broken, very uncomfortable. We couldn’t mark seats, they charged for the luggage, the bus smelled really bad, the air conditioning wasn’t working well and it was so hot, the ride took two longer the the time it said it would + we had to seat on the last seats and the engine was under, it burning hot on my feet. Sooo really terrible experience, if I could, I would have switched buses.

Nightmare. 1. The toilet was closed in the bus and there were no sufficient amount of stops for the toilet purposes. Only one before the broader and on the border if I can say so. After the boarder we had to desperately ask driver to stop, and finally went to the toilet in the forest!! 2. The bus has been broken. It was moving 40 km per hour and it took ages to get to the point. The did nothing to fix it. 3. Air conditioner was working bad and we were dying under the heat. 4. The driver didn’t communicate with people at all. They didn’t explain what was going on and ignored all our questions. 5. After a call to the company manager nothing has been changed.

It took more thank an hour for the bus driver to let everyone in the bus. The bus left 45 min later only because of the stupid system when the bus driver is asking questions, writing something to the paper, taking pictures of the electronic bus ticket (omg taking a picture instead of scanning qr code, seriously?) Inspire of being late (and it is kinda critical for the late night arrival) the driver also decided to make almost an hour long stop when it was 30 min left to the destination. Not even trying to improve the timing and be less late :(( Would not recommend this experience and will try to avoid travelling with this company again.

VIP Terra Travel. Neocekivano smo se vracali iz Budimpeste VIP TerraTravel autobusom koji je mnogo udobniji od regularnog autobusa, sedista su sira, na jednoj strani busa postoje i sedista koja nisu spojena. U okviru sedista postoji deo koji se podize na cemu noge mogu da se odmaraju, sto poboljsava udobnost. Nismo mogli da biramo autobus vec su nas na stanici u Budimpesti uputili na taj bus.

When will the train between Serbia and Hungary be reinstated? Staff was helpful and friendly. We had to take this bus because the train is not running at the moment. Compared to our Flixbus ride in the other direction, this one was a bit less quality. Very little leg space, AC not strong enough for the very hot air temperature. Too many breaks.
