Fair service. Why to stop for 20 minutes 60 minutes before arriving? Why not to stop a little bit more Hungarian place. I felt like as if I was in Turkey which is definitely a good place but my ticket was to Budapest and not to Ankara.

We had to wait for literally 10 hours at the border control between Serbia and Hungary. You did not have to pay extra for the bags. The bus had to wait for 10 hours. It would be more convenient if they would drive a bus to both sides of the boarder and let the customers walk over the boarder and leaving both busses in the same country.

Trip from Belgrade to Budapest 12.5 hours!! Seriously, 450km way!! We are stayed in the boarder 8h. 12 hours one way. It was terrible. We are stayed in the boarder 8.5 hours. And after boards driver went to cafe for 30min. I louse my airplane.
