首先，我们原定下午3点到3点半接人，结果等了一个小时才有人来接我们。之后我们又接了其他人，所以直到下午5点才离开公主港（晚了两个小时）。我们四个人挤在后座，而后座原本是为三个人设计的……（五个小时里我们挤在一起，腿都伸不开）。此外，行李空间本来就非常有限，我们的行李却被随意地摆放，每次司机打开后备箱，几乎每个行李都会掉下来……

前往酒店时，我很难找到正确的巴士。出了机场之后人很多，所有的大巴都一样。没有印有 PalaJuanders 标志的巴士。有一位女士拿着写有我名字的牌子，但她坐在墙上等着，而不是拿着它。可能是因为飞机晚到了。出口处站着一名男子，询问是哪家酒店，我以为他想带我坐嘟嘟车，所以我没有理会他，他收集信息并通过扩音器宣布谁来了，然后相应的交通工具可能就来了。每个人都非常友善，我很乐意再次使用他们的服务。

行程原本预计5小时，结果花了7个小时（早上9点出发，下午4点到达），因为司机前两个小时都在公主港附近转悠，接送不同的乘客。车厢也非常拥挤，感觉超员了。

司机很棒，旅途本身也很顺利。但是，面包车里挤满了人，根本没有地方放行李，所以行李都堆在车里，用绳子绑着，还有一些行李就塞在座位间的空隙里。我们上下车的时候不得不跨过这些行李。

We waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes, 9am became 10:10am. If only I could refund the fare, I would have done so.

Booked 9am pick up operator delayed till 11:30 then got on the bus to drive around for 2 hours before going back to the station and getting transferred to a smaller bus to then drive around for over 1 hour picking up parcels and passengers. I was last allowed on the bus and got the fold up seat for 5 hour drive with a lady having her child on her lap crying and throwing up. Arrival time in el nido was meant to be 2pm and we didn't leave puerto prinsesa till 1:30. I arrived at el nido at 7:30pm to a closed hotel and had to pay for a new late check in hotel. By far the worst operator and customer service I have ever endured -10 out of 10

Everything went wrong. They picked us up early (5:15 PM) and took us to their departure point to sign some papers. We were supposed to leave at 6:00 PM, and after some friends paid, they told us we had to wait for another couple arriving at 7:15 PM because their flight had been delayed. Another option was to pay an extra €60 and we could leave right away! In the end, we left 2 hours and 30 minutes late. And the couple who arrived were told we had left (a complete lie) and that we had come back for them, forcing them to pay another €40. And right from the start of the trip, the driver wanted to stop and pick up more people along the way. To top it all off, when we arrived at El Nido, the driver wouldn't take us to our hotel because he said that wasn't El Nido, which was a lie, and that it was only 10 minutes away. We had to pay for a tuk-tuk at 2:00 AM. In summary, we felt scammed arriving at our destination at 2:30 pm instead of 11 pm, and they tried to get money out of us after we had already paid.

We booked the van in the evening and got picked up on time at our hotel, just to get brought to their office to get told we would have to wait 1,5h there for another flight. Somehow they managed to arrange to bring us to another van wich was already on the way. We got squeezed in there, 4 people in one row. Luckily some people got dropped of early so we would get a proper seat in the van. Rest of the drive was fine and we arrived savely but very belated.

After a shaky start (I think they forgot about us…) the rest of the trip went well. Good safe driver, appreciated the drop off at our accommodation. The provider was also very accommodating when we requested to change the date of departure.

On time nice driver.

Well I made it where I needed to go. Left an hour later than the scheduled departure time. Had to fix a tire and fuel up before we hit the road causing the departure delay. Pickup point was not where the pdf ticket said. It was at a gas station outside the airport area.

The driver drove to fast even during the curves; if you seat at the back it is like to stay on a roller-coaster

The experience was the worst I have ever had with a transportation company. I scheduled a ride for 6pm for 2 people. However since my time slot only had a total of 3 people, the driver proceeded to tell all 3 of us that because our van is not full, they are going to try to solicit more travelers at the airport from the 720pm flight and the 8pm flight so that they can fill the van before leaving on the 5 hour drive. This clearly was unacceptable to myself, my friend and the other traveler. All 3 of us had to verbally argue with the driver for 45 minutes on how their actions were scam like behavior be ause we chose a timeslot to receive service at that appointed time. The fact the van was not full is not the customers fault. They also tried to persuade us to pay extra for a private van if we wanted to leave at the appointed time of 6 pm dispite us already paying online for a 6 pm slot. Overall the company operates in an unethical manner and I highly do not recommend booking this service. ALSO i paid more for a luxury van and we rode in a thinnly padded seat, slightly dirty lower budget van instead of the luxury van I paid for.

Late pick up. Asked to wait outside hotel at 8.45 am and came to pick up at 9.30. Then took to the office and the journey started post 10 am. We were supposed to reach El Nido by 2pm but ultimately reached at 4pm. The van dropped us 2 km far from town. Not recommended.

We got a message on what’s app telling us that the shuttle would be late, because other passengers flight were delayed. In the end, the shuttle arrived 40mins earlier than planned (6pm without getting late). They told us we had to wait until 7h30pm to take the shuttle, or pay an extra 300P to leave in time. We argued. Finally, we left around 6h30pm because we talked for a while with the travel coordinator. The shuttle was not like advertised at all, very uncomfortable. We arrived around 12h40am, the ride was also way longer than advertised. I would have asked for a refund, but 12Go Asia make you pay instantly, without refund…

They advertise the time the van should travel but they have to wait until it is full. Meaning they will let you wait for a long time.

Fast and punctual. Not good amount of space for luggage. Little uncomfortable inside because it was full but it was not so bad. Had a lunch break halfway through the journey. Good experience.

We departed about 1.5h late, so we had trouble with the check in of our hotel. Other than that it was ok.

The driver used 2 more hours than anticipated to drive til El Nido, because he had to stop the vehicle so many times. He was also smoking weed while driving, which caused the ride to be very bumpy and not that comfortable.

The van was not bad and it had Aircon. 🙂 The only thing that could need some improvement is the punctuality, as for the pick up time as well as drop off time. Overall we were satisfied that we took the service.

The van never showed up, we sitting in the heat at a random petrol station for hours.

Pick up point is outside if the airport, u can't take carts out, so if u have heavy bags, that would be an issue. Pick was was late, my departure time was supposed to be at 7am, i was there 6.30am, untill 8.15 am no one showed, i had a whatsapp number to communicate with someone that kept on telling me driver is on the way for more than an hour! As he was "picking" other people up. Eventually, another bus came and didnt have my name on the list, but i managed to get on it. As of the ride, if you're planning on going to Elnido, do your best to try to avoid that drive, very bendy roads, u wont be enjoying the ride at all, even if the ride was private. I recommend planning to arrive through Elnido airport directly.

Too many people for that van.

They didn’t Pick me up at the pickup Point how via WhatsApp agreed. I then walked to the Terminal and was still 10-15 mins early and asked for my Driver. The people there told me he Left early and didn’t want to turn around because he was already to far away? Experience that I cannot reccomend. I was lucky that my flight was the Next day. They somehow managed to put me into a spare van with other people so I somehow got to PPS with a delay of 1.5h. I payed 990P and the other people just 800P what after this day seems pretty unfair to me.

The driver was late to pick us up and turned back to El Nido about a half hour into the trip. They did not communicate why they turned back. In the end, what was supposed to be a 5 hour long van ride took 7 hours. We were lucky that we booked a late flight but I feel for anyone who may have missed theirs due to the mismanagement of this company. The van is reasonably comfortable and air conditioned.

If what you want is a cheap travel option for getting to Puerto Princesa with this company you should be prepared for uncomfortable seats with little to no leg space making it very hard so sleep, random cargo pickups along the way with ONE unreasonable short break after like 3 hours. Luckily me and my friend were prepared for this so make sure it doesn’t come as a shock. We arrived safely though after being thrown around in our seat because of the horrible road conditions.

The pickup was an hour late, in full sun. Even so, the service arrived on time.

We have waited 2 hours at the airport

Driving felt very safe, the van was more comfortable than some others we have been in, the aircon worked and we had one stop on the way.

Late pick up and delayed transport for ca.2 h. Driving fast and possibly unsafe .

The transfer left an hour late and stopped many times. Little communication from the driver and arrived almost 2 hours later than advertised.

Rough drive! But im not sure I can blame the drivers as the roads are genuinely unkept and not maintained so that’s not the drivers fault. There are some areas where the driver could’ve exercised more care when driving, but overall it was decent. However, AC does not reach the back of the van so be aware if you choose to sit at the back!

No system by unload the people

It is weird because we thought it is a point to point (El Nido to Puerto Princesa) van but the driver will randomly pick up people along the way. Also made random jokes that he thinks funny but really offensive. The driver also drove like a maniac.

I think it was an average ride for what you would expect going between El Nido and Puerto Princesa. Uncomfortable seats, shaking most the ride from bad roads and Filipino driving, and random stops to pick up and drop off random locals along the way. It had good air conditioning.

The driver was very good and punctual, I recommend him 5 stars.

Van was comfortable and we left as soon as everyone had arrived - only thing is the ac Didn’t work very well, so it was quite hot but not overly crowded

It took 7:30 hours from the agreed pickup time. Van was too full and driver didn’t seem to know how to control speed smoothly, braking in short bursts and accelerating in small bursts which made the ride more uncomfortable

It was a terrible experience. It was as much uncomfortable as it could be. There was small space for luggage so we had our bags in our legs. It was overcrowded so they put some additional “chair” in the passage between door and seats. It picked us up earlier than schedule which was good for us but not sure if they would wait 1h for us to match schedule (as arrived 1h earlier)

Waited an hour past our scheduled departure time for two riders. Drove around the city looking for them, wasting everyone else’s time, and putting us behind schedule

The van arrived 45 minutes late and when it turned up it was a taxi. Looked like it was some kind of last minute vehicle / driver change. The driver was exhausted and told us he had been driving since 2am, bare in mind he was about to start a 5 hour drive starting at 11am. His eyes kept closing and we felt very unsafe.

As you know you must consider 2h of delay for the rest good driver faster and professional

Nothing spectacular. Walking out of the airport to the curb kind of sucked

I was waiting for 45 minutes in the road (very hot day) as the bus was late. I then boarded the bus only to be told that we would be arriving 2 hours later than expected. This meant that I would miss my flight. The driver then proceeded to drive like an absolute maniac for the full 5 hours, I’ve genuinely never been more worried in a car in my life. It was insane. If you want to save some money by flying from puerto princesa then go for it but you’re risking your life.

Van was 3 hours late. Waiting in the heat. I have used different operators. I would not recommend this company.

No communication

Not on time and seats are not comfortable. If u can afford to fly out it's easier. But I guess there are no other means. The bus is even scarier
