Sylvia VThe Bus was over an hour too late. They should have pick me up 12:05, but came 13:25 o’clock. Driver was unfriendly. No reason why it was late. I made 2 calls to ask when the bus will come. Both information were wrong, despite the said they called the driver. Driver drove too fast and was overtaking in curves as well as on places he couldn’t see traffic coming in our direction! Not to recommend!!!

MASAKAZU HI am extremely disappointed with your bus service from Dilijan to Tbilisi.
1. 90-minute delay: The bus arrived 90 minutes late, and your company never informed me of the delay or provided an estimated arrival time. Responses to my calls and messages were also very slow.
2. Incorrect locations: Both the pickup and drop-off locations were different from those stated on my ticket. Despite arriving 30 minutes early, I had to search multiple locations carrying heavy luggage, without knowing where or when the bus would arrive.
3. Reckless driving: The driver made dangerous overtaking attempts and failed to slow down on uneven roads, causing violent shaking and making me carsick.
4. Unsafe route: The bus traveled along the Armenia–Azerbaijan border near Kirants and Voskepar, even passing through areas marked as Azerbaijani territory on Google Maps. The UK government explicitly advises against traveling along this road due to security risks. Why were passengers taken along this route without any warning?
5. Poor customer service: Nobody helped me with my heavy luggage, and neither the driver nor the assistant apologized for the 90-minute delay.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect a proper explanation and response from your company regarding these issues.

Satendra KFirst thing was that the support was horrible. I tried contacting people over the phone and WhatsApp messaging, but almost impossible to reach
1. The bus came late. It was a 10:00 departure, but we left at 11:00, so there was a 1-hour delay. That was not supposed to be happening, but it happened.
2. In between the breaks, the break was supposed to be 50 minutes, according to what the driver said, but he himself took more than 35, 40 minutes. Overall, there were two breaks. He took two breaks, and both were more than half an hour, 45 minutes. It got added.
3. Immigration was at both the Armenia and Georgia borders. That was a known thing, understood and understandable that it would happen. These were avoidable breaks. They could not have been so long. That was there.
The bus quality was good, and the bus was comfortable. However, Wi-Fi was not working. Many times, people have requested Wi-Fi, but it was said it would work, but it did not work. There was no Wi-Fi. The ID and the password, whatever was there, did not exist. I don't know what the issue was. People are really pissed off with this thing.

Bekah RI was told to arrive at the bus stop at 8am, but my bus was scheduled for 8:30am. By 9am, I had not heard from anyone, so I started texting the bud company (Hayreniq Tour). Finally, someone got back to me on Signal and said the driver will come soon. I'm not sure they would have picked me up if I hadn't started ferociously texting.
I confirmed the exact pickup point with the company 2 days before my ride, and they had my WhatsApp contact. It seems there is a miscommunication here, and the customer service could have been quite a bit better, in my opinion. Especially when you ask someone to get there 30 minutes early, and they end up waiting for 1 hour.
Aside from that, the driver was great and did a good job getting us over the border to Tbilisi.

Sebastian MCompared to the overnight train it was really good. The boarder control took only around 15 minutes (not like the 5 hours in the train) and we arrived on time.
The only problem was that the bus driver was driving really recklessly, like he drove 90 in a 40 zone and tried to pass every car in front of us.
He almost caused 3 crashes and there were no seatbelts in the car so we felt very unsafe.

Caroline HTo find the bus station in yerevan was easy. We even left as soon as we were complete. The stops along the way where clean and sufficient.
The location where we got droped off in tbilisi was not the place we ecpected. So use a bolt to get from there to the final location is my recommendation.
Car was clean, and comfortable. Minivan. Driver had no english knowledge but was friendly and everything was easy to understand. Border crossing was easy and was easy to find the car and driver on the orher side.

Paul FThe trip went well. When arriving at Avlabari, I was accompanied to the vehicle. It was a small minivan for 7 persons and enough space for luggage. The driver spoke basic English but well enough.
I was in Azerbaïdjan before but had no particular issues crossing the border.
The drive in itself was confortable: the road was in good shape, the driving was fast but still acceptable and the risk was measured.
If you’re bothered by the driver looking at his phone then just take the train or a flight, that is just how they drive in the region.

Mohammed AGood travel experience from Yerevan to Tbilisi. The driver was helpful, professional, and got us there quickly. Some parts of the road were a bit scary due to the mountain turns, but the journey was smooth overall. Recommended.

Robert LVery courteous service in office at Yerevan bus station. Great driver!!! Pleasant, friendly, helpful, attentive to the road and traffic patterns, handled difficult situations passing slow trucks in the mountains beautifully, wasted no time, but always totally safe!

Pedro DNo Wi-Fi. It was another company (50 GEL) at bus station. Communication bad.
30 min delay departure. 1 hour delay arrival.
Landscapes during travel are amazing.
Driver drove safely.

Dinesh DIt was an amazing experience. It takes 5h 30 mins with stop for food and border control. It is better to book from Kilikia Bus station as it is easier location where the operator arcomfort.am as the office and the minivan is located at the same location.
