While 12Go offered the best price at the time of booking, their support didn't get us far.
Luckily, the operator was flexible, and we managed to make an adjustment and were very well informed regarding the pick-up and throughout the journey.

The driver was great, super friendly and helpful. However, the communication from the operator was poor. The drive was advertised as 3 hours but it took 9 because the quicker route was closed (and apparently has been since way before the booking was made, like several weeks before). That should have been communicated earlier, as it meant we couldn’t do things we had planned in Aswan that afternoon. The vehicle was also not as pictured - the photo selling the trip was a high quality 4X4 and this was a much smaller mini SUV.

I lost an important document and needed an urgent transfer to Cairo. Unfortunately, the taxi arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes late. I have reason to believe they confirmed my booking without actually preparing a car for us. This delay made it impossible to sleep and jeopardized my vital document appointments. When I called the support numbers on my boarding pass 20 minutes after the scheduled time, one person denied help and claimed he wasn't involved with the company. Luckily, a third number I tried was helpful and arranged a new taxi.
Though the wait was long, the car was very comfortable and our driver, Walid, was kind. He did his best to get us to our destination as early as possible.

If I could give more stars I would. Mohamed our driver was exceptional.
We were due to leave at 11am but we had an emergency with a lost passport. Mohamed waited 5 hours for us to get it back and still drove us to our destination. He was polite and caring and was additionally a very good, calm and safe driver. A true gentleman and a credit to your company.

Your company asks me to to come 15.minutes before departure. Your driver comes 15 minutes late. Telling me all kind of excuses and lies. I wander if your driver is like this, maybe your company has the same qualities.

Driver was 2 hours 45 minute late, then not sure of road, lost at times, speeding, fatigue ie. Falling asleep, coughing non stop in a closed vehicle with AC on, worried about respiratory illness. Reached unknown city at 20h00, then looking for dinner. Booked a minivan on the site came with a SUV, bit cramped with space. Problem cannot cancel and rebook immediately.

Ahmed messaged ahead of time and was at the hotel early. He knew every pot whole on the 3.5 hour trip. He couldn’t have got us there any quicker. Good driver.

The driver was perfect ! But the price it is not at all the same when you book! The price was at 40€ for two person, and when you pay, it is 75 €!!!! I don't understand !

Despite some initial doubt about the reliability of this service (I contacted myself the person in charge few hours after our booking), the driver was on time, nice and confortable car, and drop us in hurghada less than 4hours after departure from Louxor. I would recommend this service
