Anonymous Fast and safe trip. I really liked the organization and the driving team, the people were really nice. Also the trip was really fast without any unnecessary routes or stops. I would have preferred a toilet on the bus since the ride was about 3h and 30mins and we did only one 20min stop.

Anonymous Updating web sites. The journey from Zagreb to Zadar was quite long.. 5 hours on the old road, while only 3.5 hours on the highway, of course more pleasant than the local roads. The most important thing is that there is no information on the web portals about the bus in the evening hours that I planned to travel a day earlier, only when I arrived at the Info desk I found out that there was a regular line to Dalmatia at 11:00 p.m. However, it is a bit too much for today's advanced technology to not update the website. Explained already.

Anonymous Bus to Zadar. Journey was fine. Some passengers were issued tickets with seat numbers. Others including ourselves were not. This caused unnecessary drama and confusion when passengers boarded the bus and requesting others to vacate the seats that they had been in for the previous part of the journey. Not good. Anonymous Terrible experience! We arrived to our destination. The bus arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes late, nobody informed us of anything as we were in a bus stop in the middle of nowhere. We were lucky that a taxi driver nearby helped us and told us the bus was coming anyway. We nonetheless decided to call a taxi because we lost hope the bus was actually coming. Just when the taxi was arriving also arrived the bus! So we had to pay the taxi driver 50 euros (of the 100 euros that the ride to Karlovac was) and took the bus anyway. Then the bus driver drove like cracy.. probably to recover the lost time or because he drives like that anyway. Not European Union driving styles yet, Croacian public transport still has to improve in safety.

Anonymous Fairly dependable service. I liked that the bus was as booked. Didn't like waiting 40 minutes to start. Not being notified of stops. Had to follow Google maps to find out when to get off.

Anonymous Bus more than an hour late picking up at Zadar. Safe driver on twisty roads. Comfortable seats. Lateness of bus with no announcement or explanation to bus customers. Now nervous about bus travel especially when making travel connections The bus was to arrive at 17:50 but did not arrive until after 19:20.

Anonymous Had to buy another 2 tickets. The app is efficient & easy to use. Couldn't get on an earlier bus. Was told I would need to pay €20 × 2, so €40 !!!! That's unreasonable & made me very disgruntled. So, I went on your app, & booked 2 more tickets for an earlier departure at less than half of that!!! Found the staff at Vodice not kind or customer friendly. There were seats on an earlier bus, the staff, especially the female, was very unfriendly.
