앞 좌석간의 간격이 꽤 있어서 조금이나마 뒤로 몸을 뉘일수도 있었다. 앞사람이 눕혀도 불편하지 않았음.
속이 불편할 수 있늗 사람들을 위해 비닐봉지도 원하면 제공해주셨음.
출발 시간도 잘지키고 도착시간은 심지어 조금 더 빨랐다😊 직원들도 매우 친절했고 내 캐리어를 손수 옮겨주셨다. 강력추천!
The boat arrived 1 hour later than expected time, but we were not surprised cause we read that in a lot of comments. The boarding starts at 9, not the departure, and we had a stop at Nusa Penida, they gave us 30 min, but once we were all in the boat it took another 30min to depart cause they were refilling the tank and the smell of fuel was strong. No air conditioning but if you seat next to an open window is not that bad and you will have an extra refresh with the waves. After purchaising the tickets you have to go 1hour earlier to the ticket office to wait for a tag and a QR code to get on the boat, and pay the taxes. They could generate the qr once purchase is done and save a lot of time.

In the beginning it all seemed fine. We departed on time but in the end the trip took almost 2 hours longer than it should have. We were in nusa penida for 1,5h instead of just half an hour, and the staff didn’t really update us. During the whole trip the AC was off so it was really warm in the cabin.

Very comfortable journey, great crew, went way better than I thought!
I took the ferry from Sanur to Gili T and everything was good. The boat and crew were great, the sea was calm and we arrived as expected. I chose this company due to the good reviews and the bad reviews for others and I totally recommend it. The ticket with 12go is cheaper

Horrible experience, we book 2 tickets the day before
One time, well organized, friendly staff. Boat seats were not that spacious, but A/C worked very well. Despite the info in the booking the boat did not stop in Nusa Penida for over an hour, staff told me this only happens in the morning. It was just a quick 15 minute stop, so passengers could get on/off. Would use them again. Add on: I think the hot room without A/C people were complaining about in other reviews is simply the official waiting area at the port in Sanur and has nothing to do with the company.
