Hazel L从芭堤雅出发很顺利，巴士很舒适，还提供了一些小吃。但不知道为什么我们要换乘另一辆不太舒服的巴士，而且由于车上已经很挤了，很多情侣不得不分开坐。到达渡轮码头后，没有人告诉我们该往哪里走，下一步该做什么。幸运的是，我们找到了人询问，并被指引到售票处购买船票。在看似毫无意义的45分钟等待后，同一批乘客被大声催促着快点赶船。另外需要注意的是，渡轮不允许携带行李箱。到达对岸后，迎接我们的是许多双条车和嘈杂的叫喊声。由于预订的是巴士、渡轮和出租车的组合行程，这绝对是我10个月旅行中最混乱的一天。

Jake FI’ve made the journey through multiple provider’s over the years and this Ewa by far the worst logistical experience I’ve had, pick up wa on time at 7,30 from our hotel in pratumnak Pattaya, we then had to drive to north pattaya, wut at some office until 8,40 then reboard, drive north to chon Buri to let up with another bus that was obviously coming from bangkok,,, so really we only started the journey at 10am, then drive to the pier to koh chang, wait 30 minute when we arrive, walk onto the ferry, and get one of the local truck taxis on the other side,
What happened to a van pickup direct to the ferry, drive on and drop off to hotel in the same vehicle!??

Luca Bthey weren't able to transfer me to my hotel because it was too far away and then he got me out of the bus and brought me to an expensive tourist taxi that cost me another 200 baht for a 5 minute drive

Gonzalo RIt went OK the travel from Pattaya to Koh Chang, but they should have a little more organized. You don't get any info during the travel so the costumers can get a little confused (bus driver doesn't speak much English) . Like we needed to change bus after 1 hour drive, to another bus full of people that comes from Bangkok. When we arrived to the pier it was no info, so after some some time a woman was calling us from the office for show the booking again and get some lunch, that's all, after some time a guy went out giving the passes for the ferry(don't understand why they don't give us that before when they checked our booking) because some people was waiting in others areas or bathrooms so when they went for law in the ferry they didn't have the tickets for go inside, so they needed to wait until the guy come with more tickets.
