We were told to meet 19:30, so we did, but the bus didn’t arrive until 21:00. We were not informed of this until we proactively asked the operator. Not good to waste the customer’s time. Furthermore, we had to change bus in Da Nang, which was fine by itself, but it was done in a poor manner; We in the back were not informed, and then when the driver/guide after a while came back to tell us, he was stressed ane said we had to hurry and change bus immediately. This was 7 am. If they had just informed us a bit before arriving in Da Nang the experience would be more pleasant.
War soweit alles super! Der Bus hat bisschen geklappert und die Kabinen waren für mich von der Breite her etwas eng (gehe etwas trainieren) aber von der Körpergröße 193cm hat es soweit gut gepasst. Füße gerade hinstellen ist nicht 😂 (45)
Was fine, as expected. The usual bright lights during the night but relatively comfy. I’m 5ft8 and can never fully stretch out anyway. At one stop the driver wouldn’t let us back on the bus for 30mins..not sure why but was annoying for those who had got off just for a quick toilet break.
Beside the fact that we had a delay of 1 hour at the beginning, we arrived more than punctual. We had a good sleep in the bus and the breaks absolut good.
Be aware if you have to drop-off somewhere on the route. Not all passenger had been waked up, so they got of the bus in another city

Bus was almost 2 hours late. Bus driver was extremely rude at pickup and spoke no English. Wouldn’t even show us our names on a list to confirm we were getting on the right bus. We had to change buses in Hue, which was not specified on the ticket, and the change was extremely chaotic and no one knew what was going on. 12go voucher did not specify the drop off address, and it was not provided to me when I messaged the bus via WhatsApp. Only good thing was that bus was clean and seats were comfortable if you didn’t get a middle bed.
Dissapointed with this company, tourists read it carefully.
1. On ticket description you can see “Complimentary Hotel Transfer: Available for 12Go customers in Ninh Binh, Tam Coc, Hue, Da Nang, and Nha Trang.” - This is not true… They don’t do that! It’s just a description! I had a hotel in Ninh Binh - they didint picked because it’s outside their shuttle area… Even it’s in Ninh Binh,Hue. My drop-off hotel was in Hoi An,De Nang - they also didint dropped by hotel, there is no shuttle! You just pay extra for nothing. I informed HK(Luna - +84 97 110 66 21) that I need pick up and drop off , she was explaining that hue is not part of Ninh Binh, and Hoi an is not part of De Nang ( that’s funny 😀)
2. Company is selling tickets on various times , 21:00, 21:30,22:00 but… we had our trip at 21:00 but departured at 22:20.. we just had to wait in lobby, if you would ask me , why would they do it like this? Because they didint had enough passengers for 21;00 time and we needed to wait for other times ( we were not informed that time was changed before, we could rather wait in hotel).
3. Just because we departured more than hour late, we also arrived hour late.. And we missed our day-tour because of that, so avoid this company.

It was said we‘ll arrive at 9pm, it was 8pm.
The busdriver was honking every 5-10 minutes during this 12 hours trip.
The HK Buslines WhatsApp account told me they would arrange someone to pick us up at the Ton Duc Thang and bring us to our hotel. That never happened!
After the trip, the WhatsApp account of HK Buslines spammed me full with advertisings. So I had to block them!

It was really expensive for the experience. My chair recliner was broken and the entertainment system did not work. It was not explained at all how it would but maybe that’s normal. And the driver worst of All was talking for most of the overnight bus. The Aircon was barely flowing so the cabin was quite warm.

The worst bus experience ever. The one employee was groping my friend, he touched her bottom to „wake her up“ and said „Good morning honey“. They drove very fast and very extremly rude. They said we need to sleep in the walkthrough eventhough the cabins were still unoccupied. Never again!
