Driver was on time. First I was shocked because they packed us with 5 people and the luggage in a car. But they only drove us to the bus. The bus was also a bit full, some luggage had to stay in the isle, but it didn't bother. They even drove me to my accommodation which was some km away from the final destination of the bus. I can recommend.

Had to change vehicule 3times and arrived a bit late at the destination other than that I guess it was fine
They told me they can pick us up earlier than it was discussed and told us to go out and wait for the driver… we ended up waiting for about an hour for the driver outside in this weather (high humidity and 32°C) We were supposed to ride a limousine but turned out we rode a taxi for about an hour or more with luggage on our legs (we only rode this limousine for about 1,5h (but the limousine was comfortable).
Unexpected experience. We had an issue which we was able to resolve it via WhatsApp. Thanks for that

The vehicle was clean and comfortable and on time. The communication was helpful. Due to the heavy rain there was a lot of water on the roads. At times it felt unsafe as the driving wasn't adjusted to suit the conditions.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, vehicle condition was good and driver was really paying attention and careful drive
The driver was using a cellphone while driving and was watching videos but I was reached to by the company and was assured the that disciplinary measures were taken and was offered help resolving the issue which made the situation better

The driver got into an argument with another driver in the middle of Hanoi and stepped out, threatening him with a screwdriver. Nothing else happened, but it was a huge scare for everyone on the bus.
