Baz TThere was no explanation that you needed to go to the office of the port city to get the ferry pass, then no explaination that you needed to go to the counter at the port to show your ferry pass to get your ferry ticket where the port tax is paid for. When we bought the tickets online, it just mentions you needed to check in. Check in where? Check in At the offices or at the port or what to do? We were so stressed and running around trying to figure out what needed to be done whilst having to carry bags around with us.

Arnaud JBooking via the 12go.asia website was easy, but at the check-in the people didn’t care and have bad explanations while we were on time and polite. They didn’t include the touristes tax wich cause some stress before departure. Later the boat arrived on time but we took almost 1 hour of delay due to people and luggage transfer. During the trip we took even more delay and arrived almost 2h over the expected timing.

Jessica EThe ship itself was good. However, getting off the ship was an absolute nightmare. There were way too many people at the landing stage, and it was not well communicated where the luggage was.
The worst part was that we hadn’t even left the ship yet, and there were already so many people offering taxis while we were still trying to find each other and locate our luggage. People were also directly holding flyers in our faces as we were getting off. Extremely intrusive.
I have never experienced anything similar. Complete chaos.

Melissa VBoat was comfortable enough, but departure time was listed at 8.45 and direct. We only boarded at 9.15 and made two stops at nearby islands - one stop we sat in the harbour for 30+mins. So the advertised 1.5 hour trip time, was reached before we had even really left… appreciate some things out of their control, but lacking in commincstion to passengers
