The bus was on time and very comfortable, so in terms of the vehicle itself, everything was fine. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We tried to ask questions both at the office before departure and directly to the driver, but nobody seemed willing to answer us. The driver acted as if he was annoyed by every question and refused to provide any information, even when we asked in Vietnamese. There was no clear information about breaks during the journey. We were also previously given incorrect information about the transfer in Hanoi for the Sa Pa-Tam Coc route, which caused even more confusion. The office where we started was extremely chaotic and the whole experience there was unpleasant and stressful. What made it worse was that the staff could not clearly tell us where the bus would actually stop at our destination. We were genuinely stressed and unsure whether we would even arrive at the place for which we had bought the ticket. To sum up: comfortable and punctual bus, but absolutely terrible communication and customer service. A little basic information and a more respectful attitude towards passengers would make a huge difference.

We arrived 2 hours earlier than we should (6am instead of 8am) which when it’s a sleeper coach means you’re losing 2 hours of supposed sleep time, and also left where nothing is open - there were people trying to sell their home stays for the day for high fees which felt like they knew we’d not had enough time. Also stops for the toilet were not announced at all.

The bus was on time but: - the ride was MUCH shorter than anticipated, we arrived at destination around 6:15 - also, it is not a completely direct bus, like the 12Go post suggest, it will bring you to the tamcoc bus station where a shuttle will be waiting for you. - also, not major but, usb ports did not delivery current in any of our cabins

The company overbooked our bus and, for hours, the employees ignored us and refused to give us a solution. They just pretended we were not there.

The bus was clean and comfortable but because of 2 things we give the review. First, they change the time last minute of the bus just like 90% of the other bus companies in Vietnam, which I find absolutely unacceptable. Second, they stopped for bathroom in bad times, first 30 minutes only after departure, and between the last stop before Hanoi and Ninh Binh they made us wait 4h without bathroom.

No seats together. One of the seats was very/too small, very/too low and the curtains didn’t work. Electric chair system didn’t work.
