Elicia BTrip was quick and effortless, highly recommend. They have a kiosk at hat yai airport at the pick up, exit 8. Ferry drivers found us and loaded our luggage, arrived earlier than expected.

Pau MThe experience with this transport agency was very disappointing. The driver was extremely rude and kept shouting at passengers throughout the journey, treating us quite poorly. At one point, we had fallen asleep, and instead of waking us politely when he wanted us to move seats, he started clapping loudly and yelling at us.
He also stopped during the trip to have a drink and smoke, leaving us waiting inside the van. On more than two occasions, he had to brake suddenly to avoid a collision, which made the ride feel unsafe.
To make matters worse, he did not drop us off at the bus station as promised. Instead, he took us to an agency where they appeared to mislead customers into paying high prices for transfers to their hotels.
Overall, a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Ka PDriver has no simple briefing of how n where l to pick up ferry ticket after drop off at pier. Late pick up 15 mins. is ok, but looping back to airport in heading to pier is tiring.

Emily We left the airport early since everyone had already checked in, and maybe because of that we arrived to the port about 30 mins early. Arriving at the port/ferry was a bit chaotic but it all worked out and we made it to Koh Lipe right around 1pm, as advertised. At one point the driver suggested we'd get to Koh Lipe at about 3pm because the ferry would make multiple stops, but that didn't happen. I don't know if we just got lucky or not.

Delbert Not much to tell. Pick up was on time and we arrived close to our estimated time of arrival. Gusty winds made for a slightly bumpy ride but that’s nature for ya.
