Yolanda VExcellent service in Singapore, the ride was very comfortable. Stop for snacks was colorful but the stands were cash only and I had no Malay cash, perhaps in the info you could mention Malay cash needed if you want to purchase anything.
We were 2+ hours late getting into KL and had to change busses which was unexpected and tiring.

Nico AThe bus was very comfy and the ride overall good. The staff was rather unfriendly though. We was no information whatsoever about the border control procedures leaving Singapore and entering Malaysia. At one point we made a weird stop where everyone should stay in the vehicle and the driver left the bus for around 5 minutes but nobody new what’s going on. Then, about 20 minutes before arrival the bus suddenly stopped and all guests (there were only around 12 or so) were told we should leave the bus and enter a smaller van that then continued taking us to the destination. Again no information was provided by the staff.

Gary JRude receptionist at kiosk in Singapore. She was rude to me on two seperate occasions. 3rd time of attempting to get our tickets my partner got them... all nice and smiley then. Perhaps she is in wrong job. Can supply more details of her should you wish to follow up. Coach actually never made destination. It was running late so I assume this was f9r.operational reasons. It's the lack of notice from the driver and clarity that is the issue here. Would I use you again? Yes once more to return on our booked ticked back to.Singapire. and that will be it.
