And I told him - fly to Da Nang - but made us get off at INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL - so had to bus back to correct one arriving at 5.15 am instead of 4.00am!!!!

Ankit Kbus was good, as well the company mangement was good we came 3 hours before they have side nice sitting area and washroom specialty were clean with that i was really happy to see.
Recommend go for this vendor.

Naor Athe ride was okay, but the crew were unpleasant and very rude. for me as a tourist, cant connect in English at all, not recommended at all. also late in 30 minutes
i prefer use different company

Rahima AI was impressed by the service, the cleanliness and the comfort of the ride. The bus departed on time, we had one stop for a meal and bathroom and then arrived right around on time in Hanoi on the edge of the Old Quarter. I really appreciated the shoe bags and not allowing shoes in the bus to keep it clean. They even give you slippers to use during the break. There was an announcement a few minutes prior to the stop in Vietnamese and English, which was much appreciated.

Jessica QUSB ports didn’t work so you cannot charge anything. Seat reclining didn’t work so you are stuck with whatever the position is set to. TV’s didn’t work. Worst of all, the blankets were dirty and I have ended up with bites all over my legs. We also didn’t get dropped to the location stated. Beds are a good size.
