Ryan BI was on the 12:30pm departure from Hanoi to Ha Giang and the driver we had alongside his colleague were incredibly rude, unwelcoming and off putting to be honest.
Multiple buses left that day but our bus didn't leave till 12:55 if that helps.
When I arrived at the bus station I came to the entrance at the doors and I asked a man with an orange t-shirt if I was in the right place. I was told to go away as if I was being a waste of time, I continued to ask showing my booking and address given to the man but he continued to be rude and he spoke to a fellow colleague and they laughed. To me it was obvious this was about me, and as someone who is just wanting to get on the right bus this was below expectations of what I'd expect.
This man ended up being our driver and I could hear other people mention how unwelcoming and unpleasant he was.
The trip itself was fine but the driver really made myself, my friends and others on the bus uncomfortable.
You need to work on this.

Jessica FThe overall trip was good. Bumpy but good. But what I apparently missed in the fine print was that you don’t even have enough room to sit up on these buses. It’s comfortable if you aren’t claustrophobic. They did stop in the middle for a bathroom break.
