Elitsa DMixed experience – Good drivers, but poor vehicle condition and major delays
We were picked up on time, which was great. However, the driver then drove around the city for 2 hours just to collect cargo/luggage for transport. Because of this, we arrived with a 2-hour delay. There were only 3 passengers in total.
The limousine was in a pretty bad and dirty condition. My suitcase (which was brand new) now looks very old because it was moved and rearranged countless times in the back to make space for all the cargo being picked up along the way.
On the positive side, there were 2 rest stops during the trip, and both drivers drove safely.

Maria SMy trip from Ha Giang to Cao Bang was scheduled for 09:00, and the instructions said to arrive 30 minutes early. After 09:00 had passed, I called the phone number listed on the ticket and was told that the limousine wouldn't be leaving until 16:00. This caused a major inconvenience, as I had already checked out of my hotel and was left stranded in Ha Giang for the entire day. They didn't even have the decency to notify me. Since it was such a long journey, I didn't arrive until one in the morning. An absolutely terrible experience.

Carrie GThis company let's itself down with it's poor communication and time management expectations. I book at 3.30 bus and I expect it to leave at 3.30, not for the hotel pick-ups to start at 3.30. We eventually left Ha Giang at 5.15 - nearly 2 hours after I expected it to leave, so not surprisingly, we got into Cao Bang 2 hours late.
The vehicle is old and battered so that will affect the comfort levels but to be fair, the tickets don't cost much and the company must struggle to make enough money to renew their fleet.

Felix TThe airconditioning wasn’t working so it was 35 degrees in the bus. We stopt somewhere to eat and waited too long there. This is why we were 1hour later at the destination.

Anna LThe worst bus experience I’ve had in Vietnam. About 30 minutes outside of Ha Giang, smoke started emerging from the radiator. Instead of sending a new vehicle immediately, the journey continued in this unsafe vehicle with the driver stopping to pour water in every 30 minutes as the overheating continued. Air con was mostly not available during this, and the window was rattling badly despite being a “luxury” vehicle. After about 2 hours we did change to a new bus. The few stops that were made had very unsanitary conditions. The driver tried to make us get out quite far from the booked destination, but did eventually agree to take us to our accommodation. The whole journey took 11 hours instead of 7. I would not travel with this company again.

Maria MStopped many times for transporting local things and making personal deals. The trip took many hours more. Even while there was no traffic. Times on the booking are just not feasible in general.
