Es hat alles super geklappt …. Wir warteten eine halbe Stunde vor angegebener Zeit in der Lobby wie gewünscht und wurden mit nur 5 Minuten Verspätung abgeholt. (Wir waren die letzten aufgrund Standort) reibungsloser Transport und pünktlich am Pier gewesen. Check in am Pier mit den Voucher lief auch reibungslos und dann ging es auf die Fähre.

Easy to book and straight forward experience! Pickup was slightly later than we thought but in plenty of time for the ferry and the bus to the ferry was very cramped but not an issue.

They transfer us to another agency and the other agency name andaman waive want to provide us speed boat instead of Ferry and also change the departure location with out before notifying us. But we are not able to go speed boat then they asked us to cancel the round trip ticket. Coz on our schedule time, they cannot provide us ferry and they will not help us to arrange other ferry to travel. They asked to coordinate with your company 12go. So, We have to buy another ferry tickets from Krabi to Phi phi and phi phi to Ao Nang by ourself. But for the change of time schedule we missed phi phi 7 island tour by Long tail boat . So, we missed Maya Bay, pileh lagoon, Viking cave etc. My heart is so broken by your service.
Everything went perfectly. The driver was more than punctual and friendly. We stopped at four more stops before we arrived at the harbour. The driver drove carefully.
Driver picked us up on time, vehicle was bit worse for wear and very hot but fine overall. Got to pier with time to spare and the ferry crossing was great, very smooth 2hrs - toilets and mini shop on board were great.

Picked up on time from hotel and was a pretty smooth process. The expected arrival time was way off. Was supposed to arrive in Koh Pi Pi at 3 and arrived at 4.
