Toller Service!
DO NOT USE Krabi Transport and Travel! After checking in we were told that the minivan station in Khao Sok was “very far, more than 10 km from our hotel” and that “there are no taxis to take you as it is a small town” and for a 200 baht fee they would drive us to the Hotel instead of leaving us at the minivan station. Turns out our Hotel is on route to the minivan station on the same road so we were essentially dropped off 10 km early. This is untrue and deceptively dishonest. We have cancelled all future bookings with Krabi Transport and Travel and willnot use them again.

Got us there very quickly. Driver was very rude and dismissive
The van starts the pick up at the designated time, so we ended up waiting for more than an hour. Other than that the drove directly and safely to the destination.
I tried to contact this company multiple times to confirm our transfer. The live chat link and phone number on the booking voucher don’t work. I had to ask another operator who’d contacted me about an outward journey, and ask them to chase as the number they provided wasn’t responding. 20 minutes before pick up they let me know they’d be late, and showed later than that. We were taken to a bus that didn’t leave for another hour, yet would’ve made an earlier one had they been on time. It was a lot of waiting around when the pick up option could’ve just been much later to avoid that.
