Elif MWe bought our tickets through your website. Later, as we were boarding the train, an attendant asked if we were Turkish; when we said yes, he told us to wait inside and said he would move us to first class if there were any empty seats. Although we hadn't asked for this, we thanked him for his courtesy and agreed. After the train started moving, he did indeed move us to first class. However, barely two or three minutes after we sat down, the attendant beckoned my spouse over, took them aside, and demanded 300,000 som. Realizing he was asking for this money solely to pocket it for himself, we returned to our original seats. Is this legal? And why is this done to Turkish citizens—is it something that isn't done to other tourists? We even have photos of the attendant; who knows how many other Turks he has victimized in this way to line his own pockets? It is certainly not normal, and the whole situation is absolutely appalling.

Juan IWe took two trips with you this week. The pickup was perfect, but the wait time before the journey actually began felt very long, and there was little explanation provided. We are European and are accustomed to strict safety standards that undoubtedly help prevent accidents. Drivers should not be looking at their phones while driving—let alone doing so repeatedly during a single trip. You need to make this clear to your drivers. Also, on this second trip—perhaps in an attempt to make up for our delayed departure—the driver spent the first leg of the journey constantly overtaking other vehicles, sometimes in a rather unorthodox manner.
