Juan IWe took two trips with you this week. The pickup was perfect, but the wait time before the journey actually began felt very long, and there was little explanation provided. We are European and are accustomed to strict safety standards that undoubtedly help prevent accidents. Drivers should not be looking at their phones while driving—let alone doing so repeatedly during a single trip. You need to make this clear to your drivers. Also, on this second trip—perhaps in an attempt to make up for our delayed departure—the driver spent the first leg of the journey constantly overtaking other vehicles, sometimes in a rather unorthodox manner. It was a stressful experience for the passenger. Regards.

The Uzbekistan site and app are terrible. They force you to have an account but you cant without an Uzbek number.
12go asia was recommended by Gemini i booked easily. It took sometime for ticket back to arrive in my mail but it had.
Ticket passed all was good. The fast train is very impressive.

Marius FBus was on time and comfortable. 4.5 hrs without break/toilet stop. Bus driver could've smoked then rather than while driving which made the bus smell like cigarettes

Nadean The cleanliness when we hoarded was awful. Rubbish anywhere, toilets dirty. Floor in toilet wet, staff sitting around on their phones and the place was filthy, we had to clean our own tables and seats and throw other peoples rubbish away.

Kaneko YThere were several buses at around 3 am. Although I asked the person wearing an ALL COMFORT jacket, he said , looking at my 3 am e-tickethat, this is not your bus, next bus is yours. I showed my ticket to the bus driver and he let me get on the bus. The bus left the bus terminal at 2 :50 earlier than 3 am. The problem is that no one tried to check QR code on the e-ticket to avoid any human error.

Jane HThe compartment didn't have doors, so people were passing by a lot, including a guy selling food, calling loudly. Fortunately we were traveling only during the daytime because it would have been very hard to sleep. The upper bunks are very narrow with no headroom, so you can't sit up. The bottom bunks are much better - still narrow, but at least you can sit up.
