We got the bus we paid for. The toilets were clean. Each bed had a private light that you controlled. The staff were friendly. And there was a charging port.
Uncomfortable ride. 2130 until 0500, we only stopped for a toilet break once, at 0230. I tried finding a toilet at the back of the bus in the dark, as I walked down the corridor some Vietnamese bloke who was laying on the floor between berths (despite there being an empty bed next to him) started kicking me and pointing at me to go away, so I couldn't get past him to see if there was a toilet (I'm assuming not). After that the driver / assistant were speaking loudly while passengers were trying to sleep. Also the bus that turned up was a Queen Cafe, not even a TBus.
Bus stopped for 20 minutes at an over-priced and average rest stop when we were 10 minutes from the Tam Coc drop-off point where there were toilets and food...

Our bus driver was so kind and funny, driving the bus very save and carefully. The busses of G8 look always well maintained. Best Operator in Vietnam !!!

The bus was 3,5 hours late at departure, it was supposed to drop us off at Tam Coc but they drop us of at Ninh Binh, we where a few travellers not understanding and we all had to order a grab for the remaining small part.
We contacted support with no answer back.

The bus is clean, comfortable and has lots of amenities! WC on board, lights on demand, and a massage chair/bed. The staff are really nice and helpful, and communication is smooth and straightforward. Bonus points for the free shuttle! Can't recommend enough!

Bus arrived in Ninh Binh 2hrs late and didn’t drop me off at 2 Trang An!
I had to pay extra for a taxi to Trang An.
